Burn Time & Usage
Burn Time: Enjoy approximately 40 hours of fragrance.
For optimal performance, please burn your candle for 2 hours on the first use, and do not exceed 4 hours per burn session.
To avoid smoking and damage to the container, always trim the wooden wick to 5 mm ( 0.5 cm ) before lighting.
Wax Quality
We choose rapeseed and coconut wax for its clean, eco-friendly, and health-conscious properties. This blend burns cleaner than paraffin and other natural wax products and produces minimal soot, which helps maintain better indoor air quality.
In addition to its cleaner burn, it offers superior scent retention, delivering a stronger and longer-lasting fragrance. Rapeseed and coconut wax is also sustainably sourced, biodegradable,
GMO-free, and doesn’t contribute to deforestation like some natural wax products. By avoiding toxic chemicals, we ensure that our candles provide a pure, natural, and safe experience for your home.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. This preserves the essential oils and fragrance and prevents the wax from warping, sweating or melting.

Shipping
Each order is carefully hand-packed at our Sheffield studio and dispatched within 3 working days. Delivery is expected within 3–5 working days.

Delivery Fees
A minimum delivery fee of £3.99 will apply. Additional fees will be charged based on order size.
Next Day Delivery
Order before 10 AM for next working day delivery.
Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 10 AM (GMT) will be dispatched the same day for delivery on the next working day.
Orders placed after this time will be processed the following working day.
Delivery Days: Next-day delivery is available Monday to Friday.
Orders placed on Fridays after 10 AM, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Cost: Next-day delivery costs £5.99, added at checkout. Additional fees will be charged based on order size.
Tracking Information: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Limitations: Large or custom orders, such as those with personalised labels, may require additional processing time and might not qualify
for next-day delivery during busy periods. However, if demand is low, we’ll do our best to process these orders quickly.

Local Pickup
We offer a local pickup option for customers in Sheffield, Orders can be collected near Meadowhall.
Select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll confirm the time and details via email once your order is ready.
Please bring a valid ID and confirmation email to receive your order.
When will my order be ready for pickup?
Your order is usually ready within 3–5 working days. Occasionally, next day pickup may be available,
and we’ll notify you by email as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Return Window:
If you need to return a candle, please let us know within 14 days of your purchase date.
Eligibility:
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure:

The candle is unused and in its original condition.

It’s returned in the original packaging.

You include your receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on candles that have been used or partially burned.Custom or personalised candles are also non-returnable.
How to Return:

Return Shipping:
You’ll need to cover the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or adding shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned candle, we’ll process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in youroriginal payment method. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you believe your candle is defective or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at Info@ceekdesign.comWe’re here to help and will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Troubleshooting and Minor Issues:

Replacement or Refund:
If we are unable to resolve the issue through troubleshooting, we will offer a replacement or refund if the problem is due to a defect or error on our part.Please note that if the issue results from customer handling or misuse, we will provide guidance on how to address it, but a refund or replacement cannot be offered.

We want you to have the best experience possible. Please be aware that misuse of the candle, including not following these instructions, may result in damage or injury.
While we do our best to ensure your safety, we cannot be responsible for issues arising from improper use.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Burn candles out of reach of children and pets.

Always leave at least 100mm ( 10 cm ) between burning candles.

Do not burn candles on or near anything that can catch fire.

Only burn this candle on a level heat-resistant surface.

Never burn these candles for more than 3-4 hours at a time.

Don't let the flame touch the container.

Always burn for 2 hours on the first burn or until it forms a complete melt pool.

Avoid using the lid or covering the candle to extinguish it, as this can create smoke and soot.

Always trim the wooden wick to a minimum 5 mm ( 0.5cm ) before lighting to avoid smoking and damage to the container.

Remove any debris after trimming, and clear away any charred bits of wood to avoid clogging and uneven burning.

Extinguish when 10mm ( 1 cm ) of wax remains and please don’t relight.

The container may become hot during use.

Never move or transport the candle while the wax is in a liquid state.
